DC is still great to race with no matter what class he goes in. He is a nice guy and will always take the time to talk to us little slayer people. DC keeps ya honest racing against him keep it up DC.
DC is my boy and I know for a fact that he is North of 60 races for the year so far. I don't care who he lines up with or against, he is going to try to rip legs off every time he pins a number on. And if you think racing with him is hard, you should try training with him. It is a non stop beat down- even on the "easy" days.
D.C. is a solid regional Master's recer and appears to be a nice guy, but unfortunately without racing against solid competition (Elite) it's hard to say that he's got what everyone is touting. When he has raced Elite, he's pretty much "pack fill" or dnf'd.
DC is fast no doubt, but its all about the win. It would be like the rest of us racing in "C"s in Cross, or racing in "beginner" in MTB. Whats the fun or the point?
Is it still "racing" when you ride off the front at the start and never see anyone the whole race (except the elite/A group that you are passing)?
Props should be going to people like Patrick, Pete and Simon who stepped up to the A's and have stayed there. Anyone of them could be racing Masters 35+ and "winning".
