  1. only saw one crash in the Cat 3's. Guy just took turn #2 a little hot and slid into the construction barrels. No one else went down.

I love those tough technical courses and I actually think it's safer than a 4 lane wide 4 corner crit where everyone can hang in and have a go at the finish.

We left before the Men 1/2 so we missed the rain. I'm sure it was tough in the rain, but those guys know how to race bikes and can steer both ways.

Super event. Fantastic venue, chilling at the pool after my race was awesome. My son actually enjoyed going to a bike race. Had an incredible time just racing and then chilling out with friends poolside watching the other races.

Great job Team Card and MVW!!!!

    I'll be back next year!

You know it was a "hard day at the office" when the Road King almost gets lapped on a 1k course. It was an awesome display put on by all of the Elite Men to even finish once the storm cells opened up. I loved every minute of it. Better than Reality TV. I hope that the event stays around.

I don't see that venue ever field sprinting as it seemed like 75 minutes worth of max 5 second sprints taking place every 15 seconds. If the ACE wanted the "best man to win", then he designed the perfect course.

    Bring on the POWER!!!

I count five in the top ten that are pretty good on knobby tires as well. Either CX or MTB. Things that make you go hmmmmmm.

Too bad many of the "top" riders "no showed". I guess when you're only "top" in your own mind then it's best to let it stay that way. Congratulations on the racers that put their ego and oxygen aside to support what hopes to be a long standing event.
