Joe Papp was supposed to have 150+ names to give to the USADA. What came of that? Two guys, on in CO who immediately blamed it on an ex-teammate from S America who used his Paypal account, and Neal Schubel who confessed exactly what he did.

No one in the scene is going fast enuff to be doping, or if they are doping, they're probably paying a lot for water in a vial, cause it aint working.
