1. I work six days a week 

2. Short on time

3. Clipped a pedal

4. Bonked

5. Bad day.

6. Got gapped off

7. They rode away from me

8. Mechanical 

9. Back seized up

10. Went out to fast

11. Stomach issues 

12. Nutrition wasn’t right 

 13. Got caught behind slow traffic 

14. Heavy legs 

15. Couldn’t get into a rhythm
