4. Listen to music, don’t just make it background noise, really take time to listen to music..I ain’t saying u gotta commit to a weekly schedule…but find time..helps the brain..

5. Read more…could be books, philthy magazine….anything…helps the part of your brain recover from all those instagram videos you can’t stop watching.

6. Drink more water…cuz I know you don’t drink enough…
