Walkers Ridleys

This installment of crossteeds of the michigansceners comes from 2005 michigan state champion Jer Walker, although he doesnt officaly hang his hat here anymore he is still one of us. He like Jeff is sponsored by Cane Creek, so this allows him to ride a whatever bike he wants, Jer has been on the crosscene as long as if not longer than anyone in MI, and has also ridden other brands, with the last one being Fuji's, He didnt state how this one rides, but its one of the BEST looking cross bike on the grass.

I agree with the "Scene". If you have to hide behind the pathetic cloak of anonymous to voice your "eloquent" opinion, it just goes to show how ignorant your are to the reality of the love Jer (and most of us) have for the sport. This is not an excuse, but racing at an elite (actually, nearly any level) is a difficult, stressful, and painful endeavor. Unfortunately, this combination can sometimes lead to bad manners. We (and I say we because I'm probably guilty more than most) realize it's not the appropriate behavior, but we're all human and can make mistakes or act incorrectly. I would like to further discuss the "point" you've made. Please feel free to come and see me at the next race. Hopefully we can set the record straight.
