So the old Pain Train has downgraded to the B race? Did I hear that right? Wait a minute, did I see that right on the results? What, Masters not easy enough? We all know the Elite race is too hard, but the B race? You can't take out a bunch of old farts who know better than to race Elite? Hmmm, seems pretty weak to me. Ok, I must admit that I thought that the Pain Train was winning the Master's race when I drove in. I admit to not paying too much attention to the results. I guess I gave him too much credit. Sometimes you've got to know "when to say when" and call it a career. What's next, the Junior category? Just don't enter the Elite women because Anne might hand it to you.

Ok hmm. Interesting. That's not what was up there on Monday. Tailwind had him listed as the winner with a time of 40 minutes and some change. I recall comparing his time seeing where that would have put him in the 35+ race (barely top ten). What kind of shenanigans are going on over there at Tailwind? Something just doesn't add up here. Did we shame him into calling Robert and requesting this DNF? Did Robert think he was so fast that he was a lap ahead of the field? Maybe they both thought no one would notice. Nice cover up.
The reason why DC is listed as DNF is because of what is being discussed right now on this blog. DC racing B makes more than just DC look terrible,(Massey, Argyle A-holes, Specialized, ect) This issue has been resolved by listing DC as DNF. That way the points won't be screwed up for the real B racers. Tailwind went back and changed the results cause everybody was all pissed. So anyway... see you at Vets!
You know, at least Wissink has demonstrated the class to pull himself out of races (like the SS class last year) that he obviously is well superior to, and not shit in the punch bowl of the SS points battle,small as it was. He didn't wait for the shaming that DC apparently needs to get the point, and understands that "the tallest midget, or the skinniest girl at fat camp" is not a title he needs to have. Lets not paint all the argyles with too broad a brush. . . there are some good folks in the black and red.

It's fucking wonderful. The sharks smell blood and are attacking. My guess is that most of these cats laying the hate have had their balls kicked in by DC in the past. What a sweet way to "get revenge" at someone who has throttled you. I love this scene.
