Doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result is the definition of insanity…but it’s also the definition of practice.

Definitely the definition of insanity, but if you are practicing correctly you are hopefully doing a slightly improved version of what you did last time; therefore not the same thing over and over. Yes I'm being pedantic.
