1. Hydrate properly, because uno don’t 

2. Eat better, it makes a difference 

3. Own a animal, it’s good for you and relieves stress…it’s proven 

4. Look in the mirror and…see below 

5. Stop lying to yourself 

6. Accept change,  time for new stories..

7. Keep your life clean, bike, (drive train for sure ) car, house…and god dammit clean the dog shit off your shoes. Clean uncluttered makes for clear decision making.

8. Save a few grams on your bike and donate your power meter to someone that will use it properly 

9. Start a core and weight routine, yeah sure you can’t be Ed but u can be better 

10. Use your virtual cycling ap to it’s advantage, it’s great tool.

11. Make a habit of shutting down negative conversations, it’s unhealthy, ultimately effecting your performance 

12. Go to bed early, before your tired

13. STOP…JUST STOP doing the same ridiculous intervals you have done for the past 8 years

14. Train to your weakest point, when was the last time you did a sprint workout?, a long tempo effort…?

15. Keep a journal updated regularly..your brain can only store soo much bullshit
