  1. Keep your bike clean. Always 
  2. Keep your helmet cleaner
  3. No ankle Sox
  4. Silly socks? Sure if your win ratio is over 94% , your threshold wattage is 350 n or if your in the first year of pedaling your bike
  5. Since we are on sock rant. 1 season max especially for the cheap stuff, maybe a tad longer on the good stuff, depending on you launder them
  6. No Sox..eewwww
  7. Handlebar tape I’ll lighten up on the 4 month rule, 6 at max
  8. And if that shit started to unravel, fix it. Immediately 
  9. Cycling caps sure, but only in a isolated safe area 
  10. Form fit jerseys that are now baggy due to use..throw them away. It looks awful 
  11. At least, make sure the jersey compliments the shorts
  12. Saddle bag appropriately sized to the bike itself 
  13. Cycling specific eyewear, only on the bike or the podium 
  14. If your going to carry two water bottles on a 90 minute ride, be sure you empty them before you finish 
  15. No current UCI team wear. Your not Jonas, or anyone else other than that guy getting in everyone’s way doing a silly track stand in the middle of an intersection pissing everyone off.
  16. Oh. Track standing of course if your good and hardly move. If not unclip your right foot and place firmly on the curb.
