Boy gal darn howdy..this season went by faster than 20 mph south west gust to a Strava KOM....
seems years back sortin out who is where and who might be on track to a state title was sooo much easier..but now with all the classes and being able to race Elite with a 5 license has kinda sorta taken the steam out Ts gusto..
despite what the BikeLaw CX series touts..
this how T sees it..
Masters 50+...
- Good Time Johnny as the leader
- Craig Gietzan if he arries in at number 2
- Kenny Oday coming at third
- Mark Woliec looks to be off this fall..
- Tim Faas brings in the number 5 spot..only if leaves the Levi kit home
Masters 45+
this group is tough categorize as now with the final on the edge of the horizon this whole group is going to be shook up with guys Like the Pony and Little Simon coming back into there respectd age brackets
- .Lil Pony should be on top of this list but this is the time of the year that can tradionaly hard on him health wise..
- Todd Greene the Base Media masters rider has done alittle traveling out of state and even scene him nipping at the Black Aces heals back in October he slots in at Number 2
- Simon Bailey...One of the Old guard of Miscene cross has been somewhat in a hiding most fall..but id suspect despite what numbers say he is going to be tough in two weeks
- Brian Harville..if you looked at the MICX points this guy is the guy to beat..
- 5.Eric Mcbride..so it seems the guy might not have a ton friends, but he can ride a bike pretty decent..lose the sox..gain fiends
- Some might call T a fool if he didnt put this guy on the list one of the few that can stil...remember when...Scott Goocher..like Simon and The Lil Pony one of the old guard..Gooch has done a fair share of traveling..just sniffing Masters 35+ podiums when in state..I got a feeling if the conditions are right, avoid bad luck, and keep his grey matter together may surprise the podium club
Master35+
what used to be the most hottest contested class is now down to few numbers..despite the reason why Bike Law insist on running this group 1 hr is unknown to me..
- Bike Laws Kyle Carver has owned the pink most of the fall here
- Bissells Duffield has done a little travling so id say its helped his top end
- Not ruling Walcharz as a former multi State Champion i think hes podium material in two weeks
- Man..Stybar look alike B-Rad..id sure like him to see him come with his Agame..
- 5.Dejonge..the west side super cool human..if he comes east id like to see him on the box..with his road power im kinda surprised even in his first year of cx he not riding better
Singlespeed...
- The guy that has raced more than most of the guys on the scene have riddin.Junge..this guy has got T scratching his head how in fools name he hit the lottery to go the places he goes..
- The Guy with worth the worst kit but the coolest personalty..Jordan Calverly
- Lil Earl..I love this guy..he can pretty much ride any kind of bike..short on height..big on watts
Womens Elite...
1. Melissa Seymour - Racin UCI out of state... 2 year defending state champ
2. Valerie Hyrman - Dunno what she did this year but bringing the fire for 2018, could be a contender for the 2018 title
3. Christina Draijer - New on the scene for this year but leaving a mark on the front of the womens race
4. Angela Webster - Showed up to ALMA on a MTB and took 2nd and 3rd at Bloomer. 30 min into this race just comes out with another gear the rest of the field dosent seem to have
5. Amanda Schapp - Poor showing at Alma but been doing solid in the Chicago fields if she shows up for the showdown this December cant ever count her out

- Junge has the youth and numbers..but lacks the skill to take down the old guard crew
- Yankus....um uh......yea
- Stanko...never a factor but a powerful rider all the same..they use to say watts win..contrary to popular old man believe..not true...
- Williams..big on power..but commitment he falls short,,come mid December.......the dude is good just not the level of the Roadking and OG Sorry........
someone within the club said...............................wow..kinda of soft field this year

SS #1 - being bankrolled by your parents is cool
Most college age kids are he’s 22. It’s a helluva lot cheaper than out of state tuition at U of M
