I had the chance a few days ago to sit down with a person that is few short days away from turning 100 years old…

imma say this ..that person honestly didn’t look much older that 70…true facts…everything about them was solid…speech, movements..ability to carry on the conversation…they knew history, people..names dates and places..you get my drift…they sharp..

Because i needed to know..

I was quite surprised the answer..
