oh this is an easy one...

Tom Burke.

The guy can time trial with the best, can sprint faster than most, and rides in breaks like a hog. That skinny little mo'fo can climb too.

Another good choice is Danny Klein. He can TT/sprint/pull his ass of in a break.

Yea... so far this is good!! Burke is, a good bet, i would say Jon card, Norba pro...cat 1, UCI elite crosser heck of fast TT'er..but he's a Ohio Homie! emtae..

card is good but he can't sprint or climb, definately not an all aroounder. but certainly a good rider.

Jeff Weinert has to be the best Michigan cyclocross racer of all time. I lost count of how many State titles he owns plus that Master's National Championship was sweet too.

Jeff is fast no doubt...but were talkin all arounder...thing is the cross thing is tough and 95% of Michigan dudes dont care...too bad!, my pick...Brian adams..when he's on he can do most anything. 949

No offense to T.Burke, he is definately a threat...but as I look through results, the last race I see him winning was as a cat III back in 2003.

I would have to say that the best all'rounder would have to be someone not only CAPABLE of winning races (RR, Crit, TT, Track, etc) but has also PROVEN it.

Thoughts?

I see where you're coming from but Tom has proven himself capable of doing all of those things. He may not win all the time but he is the only person in MI that can actually place in every discipline consistently. Brian Adams is an excellent racer, very intelligent and great at road events but he can't TT at all. Compare his TT to Burke and tell me that he is a better all arounder.

This is a long shot...But ill throw in pappa T..he's seasoned, can TT ride in a break, sprint if has to, climb decent for bigger dude, and has in the past done well at cross, MTB, and he knows the boards at bloomer well ....mrmajestick

Bruley can't sprint. Allthough he does allright for a big dude, his climbing is nowhere near par compared to some of the other guys on the list.

he's consistent all through the year though.....cone, allen park...right on into late september..
