Dude, that is one of the coolest (no pun intended) cycling photos I've ever seen. And there's not a gun in sight. How 'bout that?

How about this action!!!

TMS should do a piece on Bob Hughes sometime! I think he's the one of the real powers behind MI cycling!

Bob who?
how can he be a "power" behind michigan cycling when most people don't know who he is?

I'd ask, how can you not know who he is?

If you're from SE Michigan and focussed only on the stuff right there in your own back yard, you might not. You'd probably know who Aldo is and what's the best convenience store to stop when leaving Ciociaro or which side of the entrance to Waterford Hills to take, but you don't know who Bob Hughes is.

Bob's the guy who has brought PH into the cycling game. I'm sure he's the guy behind getting them to promote the PH Classic in GR.

Last I checked, GR was part of TMS...... :)

True that. its too bad that it got thrown on at the last minute, with a full load of cross racing for select few, you may be missin a few riders, but in the whole scheme of tms road racing, crossers are about 10%, all in all a great addition to a growing schedule. If look at cycling in a whole in in TMS, we got alot going on as of late, MTB has the lumerjack 100, ore to shore, Iceman, a slew of racing in general, the roadscene has Tour DelLee..HOT racing from March till september, Cross with double uci events, Kisscross tailwind. No one can Miscene is weak when it comes to choices.

Yea, can you believe the number of race options and the number of BIG TIME events we've got in this state.

Our state is seriously rocking!

Give it a few years and maybe the TDF will even start in Lansing!

Dang!
