Due to the influx of hate emails, bogus calling out of sceners and downright shit talk TMS will no longer be covering any cross races. We feel it is a disrespect to those that are putting on the races, training, and supporting our scene. There are other avenues and outlets for this .

That is the most ridiculous thing you could do. You even took part in this "shit talking" in your last cross preview. At the end of your post about the cross season you said that you didn't make any predictions about the upcoming season but you did. In the part about the womens elite you said that the field would be desimated by "MS Steele". What a joke that is, just look at the results from the race in Ithaca. Your prediction is based on no facts at all. Well I'm sorry to see your blog leave the cross scene because of a few idiots.
yea we made perdiction/contridiction of ourselves, I highly doubt that could be construde as SHIT TALK. on that note Ms STEELE will come good. as far the blog goes it still remains, were just not gonna focus on the cross side. All year long the road crew can mesh somewhat, I say somewhat, scince there were a few hicups. But the last week has been a disrespect to a great race series. hope you will keep checking back from time to time, cause we aint goin nowhere.

I think its kinda shitty that people have been saying this and that all summer on the blog comments about road racing and all the bitching that follows. Then as as soon as a stab is made on the TMS that is a little personal for you guys, you decide to quit reporting? I mean, I understand that the negativity has to go... which is true, but don't just stop reporting 'cross races because you couldn't take a little shit from some anon. posters.
