The Iceman Cometh is so cool it’s hot
Editor:It was really great to see Jeremy Horgan-Kobelski, Sam Schultz, Heather Irmiger, Alison Dunlap and a line-up of other top pros at the Iceman Cometh. This race is incredibly popular and draws in larger and more enthusiastic crowds than I've seen on the national circuit.
An informal poll of the racers I spoke with at the start of the pro races points to races like Chequamegon 40, Ore-To-Shore and the entire WORS series (all Wisconsin and Michigan races) as some of the best mountain bike races in the U.S. Who knew you didn't need mountains to have great mountain bike races?
