always fun to watch two skinny idiots try to box each other. Had to get ear-muffs for the kids.

Both should have their licenses taken away.......

That's funny. Talk about PASSION!! When was the last time we had a good ol throw down? That'll keep the fans coming back. I'd even pay for that shit. Keep it coming. Who will drop them at the State Championship?

"Both should have their licenses taken away......."

Aw c'mon, no one got hurt (did they?). Its not like Roberto Gaggioloi was out there swinging 2x4's. Taking their licenses away may be a little extreme, although I'm sure its well within the rules. Does Robert even have a USA Cycling official at the races? Did anyone complain or file a protest?

Maybe we should be more like hockey and let the boys govern themselves. The Pony and Saari both get five for fighting and will start the next race two minutes behind everyone else.

Memo to Essex Dude in the Elite class: This aint no training race, there's no sitting in. Try getting top 5 in a masters category before you sign the waiver.

OUCH!

Vinnie would have won if he had not crashed. Looked like a stupid mistake.

"Vinnie would have won if he had not crashed. Looked like a stupid mistake".

You will never win anything that you don't finish. And yes, the hard part is not making a mistake when your heart is beating over 190 bpm and you've got drool smeared all over your glasses.

WWE action with The Pony taking Sarri to the ground...after the race
(man you must have really pissed him off)

I overheard that this shit has been brewing since Waterford. The Pony is lucky that he picked on a nice guy like Sari. I know that there are plenty of dudes who would have reacted to his weak move by beating his smug ass into the ground. What a punk. Hey Pony, if you got a problem with someone deal with it when it happens. Don't let it grow and ferment and then ultimately behave like a 10 year old.

Only Pony and the select FEW know what happened, I can attest to this Timmy can ride like a "Little Bitchie" at times, and its only magnified when your not going as good you want, and in the heat of a race. Its called in experience, dont even try to pull that it was "RACING" It was stupid move over a lousy few $ and good for nothing Tailwind braggin rights, in the whole scope of cycling it MEANS NOTHING..
its over done shut up. move on

Anonymous said...

Tims has riddin like a jerk for awhile and had it coming maybe Jeff overstepped it alittle but the point was made. Nobody likes being called out but thats the way it is.

Respect, NOT racing.

There is some serious Pony love going on here.

"timmy can ride like a little bitchie at times"

Come on you tools. He was swearing like a drunken fool and he tackled a dude off his bike. I don't care how you sycophants want to spin it, it was a little bitch move. I watched cats pile on some dude the other week because he raced in the wrong class. But, apparently it is ok to disrespect the entire racing community by trying to start a fight.

You obviously don't race your bike and have never been almost taken out in a sprint. Emotions run high and you can't blame him for reacting after almost getting taken out. Yes there were kids and words were yelled but it was in the heat of the moment. Both did wrong things and both apologized and both were relegated so be over it.

Anonymous said...

I do race and I have been put on the deck because of a fool. And I dealt with it appropriately. I didn't act like a fool and disrespect Robert and the scene.

Anonymous said...

I highly doubt Robert or those kids havent heard what was laid down.
Its just like on TV. a part of life.

It may have not been handled the RIGHT way but its done.

As far as piling on a guy last week? That Toolbox deserved every comment that got sent his way.

I've got video of the whole mess, shall we post it and determine who was endangering who.....weinert was wrong all the way around. Totally unacceptable behavior.

Pony is a bitch plain n simple. Thinks he is racing the worlds when in reality it is just local cx.

this is a ways back, but you can probably figure out what was happening.....

that's a dumb post.

check out one of the lastest euro cross race's where Sven does the same thing.
Its not a Kamikaze move unlike ..?

I bet the video does not include Tim taking out Jeff. As far as the swearing goes. It was wrong but I guess it's ok if your Tiger Woods or the hundred other athletes that have been caught swearing on national TV. In every sport every year people go at each other. If swearing and fighting bother you that bad have fun watching Bowling.

DOPAGE!

Anonymous said...

Tiger has been called out for his swearing and his other business. That's all that's going on here. Shit does happen and words get exchanged. That's just the way it is. The pony has to take the heat like everyone else would have to. If he can't then he's got a bad temper, mouth and attitude.

Anonymous said...

This thread sucks

Anonymous said...

Not half has good as your mom and boyfriend.

Anonymous said...

That was the ponies roid rage, maybe he should get
off the dope.

Anonymous said...

Does Tim go to Ohio this weekend or back it in for the year?

Anonymous said...

Cliff's notes.

Tim tried to pull off a move that he and everyone in that break knew had no chance of success. In doing so, he almost put himself, Ace, Pony and Moncel in the hospital for Turkey Day. I know that "it's racing", but the move was a little agressive for $40 bucks and a 4th place metal. I'm also sure that Tim realized after thinking about it that the other three would never have done that to him.

Yes, the Pony overreacted way so. But he did so because he almost spent the rest of the day at Club Traction.

Immediately after the Pony got his adrenalin in check, he apologized to Tim and Tim accepted. They both accepted readily because they both knew what they did was wrong.

If you watched the race, (which by the way, was pretty exciting and really looked painfull) most of this occured because all four of them pretty much had spent the previous 60 minutes living in the CAVE.

The comment of Truth.

Anonymous said...

That is the best summary. Well put.

Anonymous said...

Weinert is Bullshit. He apologized only as a knee jerk reaction to the negative reactions of others. His blog clearly displays his belief that in some way he was justified in his actions and is only sorry everyone didn't back him up. I did a little dance the day he announced he wouldn't be racing on the road anymore. I can't stand that conceited prick.

Anonymous said...

Hey pony, when you put the word "but" in an "apology", it's not really an apology.

Anonymous said...

I did a little dance the day he announced he wouldn't be racing on the road anymore.
yes that was pretty funny.

Anonymous said...

Now those are comments of truth.
I'm sorry, "BUT", what a joke. Total narcissist.

The ego in the mich scene is hilarious,
especially out of the wolverines in general,
basically a bunch of douche bags. Notice they've
been pretty quiet with this dope positive in
the masters class.

so true.
well if were gonna pick on people might as well throw Bissel in the foray, Talk about ego
the MBRA for nothing champs.

Seriously WTF people. What happened between Sari and the Pony is between them. Trust me any of those guys in the lead 4 are already over it, so why aren't you?
I've known the Pony for years and he's a hell of a nice guy, and to start cutting down other teams and people because of what happened between them is ignorant. You put down the entire Wolverine team. Do you know any of them like Ray, Luke, or any of the other people on that team? They are great people and anyone who's been in the scene for years knows that. Also to post the pic from years ago of the Pony and Wiz and say that shows how Jeff is. Again seriously? Were you at that race? It was clean down to the line and bumping bars happens in races happens. Just ask anyone who's actually raced because you obviously haven't. Props to those guys out there on the edge for an hour. You have my respect.

Careful Wiz, the real attacks come after you cross the finish line.

Anonymous said...

Hey anonymous 5:21-

You're a dumb ass. What might have been between them, and could have been worked out between them, ended when the pony went MMA. At that point he made it public. It was right out in the open for everyone to see, and for everyone to judge and for everyone to be affected by.

After the pony commited the assualt the damage was done. And I don't care if all four of them got together after the line and hugged it out. It was a straight up crap move, and not many are surprised that it happened considering the
pony's history.

Sure there are a lot of people pilling on because they don't care for the pony. And sure there are some taking up for this "nice" guy. But it doesn't matter if he's liked or not. He
did a punk ass thing that could make us all look bad. And he has to sit back and take everything coming his way.

Anonymous said...

hey 12:36

If you are so bad ass why don't you post who you are and bring it. You are fucking ridiculous. You are probably one of the out spoken idiots that over reacted to something that was non of your business. Go suck a bag of dicks.

I love this place TMS is rad! I mean where else can you go to get an anonymous poster calling out someone else for being an anonymous poster- freaking brilliant!

Hey 1:46 this is 12:36-

You're awesome. Sorry I hurt your feelings.

By the way, I thought I was bringing it. I was strining together rational points into a very well thought out post. At least that's what I thought. But if you have deeper insight into the situation-that's not clouded with your weinert love- then please bring it yourself

P.S. I love most wolverines.
