W.

This aint no TAO session, and isnt a rap on about beer, I dont wanna gripe over why i didnt make the selection. Not gonna go into what i had for lunch, And I sure as hell dont wanna come across all negative and shit, and dwell on the emotions. All the above can be found on that friendly site...I feel more like a ramble about the letter W....seems befittingly, as it was for alotta folks at least in the metro area that went for it after a few days back..
Westbranch Michigan just another pit stop for some on the way UP north, hell might even be UP north for some. for that matter could been one, for our friends headin over to Grayling .But for Lotta sceners it was the main stop for the weekend. Win for Manderson ... the future.

What's up with the P 1-2 numbers? Well I'd have to say that at least 10 regulars in the field decided to race masters instead. I think those guys need to step up and compete in a hard race. Don't take the easy route just because the course has a climb in it. Come on. Apparantly many of the sceners 'round here only wanna race if its a 23 mpg group ride (Frankenmuth) and no actual work has to be done to get your check for 13th place. Where's the heart?

Strongest riders go 1-2 in rr. Negative racing takes win in crit

If winning a bike race is ALL about being the "strongest" then that puts it right up there with the bench pressing. I'm out. Can you not agree that it's kind of nice when the brain enters the ring? Don't get me wrong, I dig it when racers can drill it on a climb and ride off into the sunset alone, but I dig even more the mental and physical spandex wad explosions which occur in a group of racers working to either get their teammates across the line first or to cross that there line first themselves. On another note....any of you having trouble with June Bugs right now? Shit ton of them goofy bastards trying to bust into my house right now. Kamikaze, head first into the window style!

Don't like what's happening in your break? Do something about it. Either let it get reeled in and reshuffle the deck, or try to drop the guys you don't think are carrying their weight. Just don't act all surprised and shit and whine when that guy wins. You got out-smarted, learn from it.

the 35+ RR was full on the last lap. double the 1-2 field and the final lap split was way faster than any other group. chased like hell to catch that break but it survived by a hair. real racing....

TRUE DAT

35+ers, with that break out front who did the chasing to make it so tough? That was a pretty big move up the road to almost get brought back.

Lots of leadout. lots of others. lOts of teams not represented. it was almost like a real race. a couple more teams or individuals not worried about their 13th places and that break might been caught.
