2:36....Let's hear your opinion

Wrong! was his opinion. That's all he has. For him to list the best races would require thinking. That's not going to happen.

just an opinion.

That shit was hard this weekend. Thanks to the promoters and the community for putting on some great events. Any chance we can get the cobbles tweaked in that right hander and any chance we can get the hills flattened out a little bit?

What hills?

Anonymous said...

I think The German is the only one who didn't see any hills this weekend.

Kinda funny how the shit talkers bash us about no hills in Michigan and flat racing. Get a clue idiots! There are big hills out there and some of us actually ride them.

Best races in MI; West Branch RR, Milford Crit, Frankenmuth, Cherry Raubaix RR, and ICEMAN!!!!!

If you think Michigan has big hills you lead a very sheltered life...

9:28- hell yah

9:58- please enlighten us with your vast wisdom and life experiences. Where are the big hills? And don't name any mountain ranges.

try southeastern ohio

Get a map out, are you that fucking lazy?

What does a map have to do with anything? That's the dumbest comment yet. Some dude may have road some big hills in Ohio or wherever else and at least they rode them and can talk them up. But to look at a map? Come on. With that train of thought I can just go in cyclingnews and look at race results to realize that the racing here is just not as fast.

I've got out a map.... Now what?!

Anonymous said...

how many current pros from Ohio?

Try Tennessee, try Pennsylvania, try North Carolina-Blue Ridge Highway-I've rolled into town in numerous states and went to the local bike shop. The guys there were always willing to help with good routes. But apparently I have this skill, it's an ability to talk to people and utilize deductive reasoning as opposed to requesting somebody hold my wee wee while I urinate...

2:22-that's a badass comment.

2:37- I think those are longer drives than even Traverse City for our state road race. I'm sure they are great rides though.

Addmittedly, I have only raced in Michigan, but I'll say it...I think the scene in MI is great. Plenty of great, competitive racing to be had, and many great courses. TT's, road races, crits, dirt road races, MTB races, and velo....everything within 4 hours (usually).

Michigan is a great state for biking and other sports. We have so many great resources here not to mention how beautiful it is and some of you wanna bitch about it? Do something about it! Stop your wining and get the fuck outta here...
