1.they think riding equals training
2.they think riding hard all the time is the way to get faster.
3.they the think the pro tour riders train 25 hrs a week then thats what they need to do..
4.they think group rides are as hard as races
5.they think they make good coaches..its all about numbers right?
6.they almost always come into an event not properly recovered
7.they get stuck in ruts and cant get out both physically and mentally
8.they think there power numbers are as important as race experience
9.they think having training peaks is all you need
10.they think equipment trumps knowledge and sacrifice
11.they tend to get there training form the local know it all
12.they do the same workouts all year long
13.they had a coach before..but that dude did not know what he was doing.
14.they use the same non working tactics over and over
15.they cant decipher quality and quantity
