Dopin 5
This one is gonna be fun hatebreeders....
Tom Burke ..Multi state championships and hours upon days.. inside weeks.. wrapped around months... complied by years have had The Roadking consistently the most overall best rider from the state 36 and not getting any younger..faster yes
Jason Young is capable of more wins..the guy honches hard breaks with hard dudes 40 years old..i think he has got alot of talent... he slowly came up from standing up pedaling in the corners from a masters 35+ to attacking the fields and getting away..
the Lil Pony folks can throw hate at him all they want..ok soo he isn't one of the guys a sponsor should throw money and free shit too..but for a guy pushing near 50..he is pretty dam good factor in you don't see him much until September is even more impressive...doper..naaa..the smartest cross racers around....when it comes to skills...yes
You can count on this guy coming good at least 3-4 weeks if not more out of the year..even when he doubles up..he is still dangerous..To kill the Highlander you must cut his head off...Jason Swiatlowski..at 45 the guy is probably one of the smartest riders in the 1/2 field..willy..and hard as fuck...example..2014 Mount Pleasant crit..out gunned in a break with Bissell and a couple of Neverending Rubber dudes..he came out of the last corner with bike lengths...
It would be rare to see this guy in a break...but in the last few years At 45 after years away Jason Hess has filled the void of not having one dominant field sprinter. If it comes down to a bunch sprint 9-10 times he is one of three guys that will take it. There is a reason why he can still get guys half his age..experience, strength..and being honest with himself of his one solid skill.
Nearly 35 years combined racing experience..of nearly every discipline,,having riddin with some of the best riders in our scene..at 47 Robert Foshag is another rider that is proof..seeing the better side 40 you can still be competitive..able to ride breaks of certain degree, or the ability to clean up the scraps..combinations like those have kept the field a little more level with younger riders.
Peter Ehmann..42 years old..is a pretty un-taped rider..one time mountain bike and cross racer experience helps him..Pete can ride breaks similar to Foshag..he is more though like the guy that will bridge across at 3/4 way of a race..not usually to the main break..but often to the secondary one or creating it..more often than not..this inside the top 10..
Tms often jokes around about Simon Bailey being little...but when he is racing good the guy will turn himself inside out..not a solid 1/2 rider but more of an A rider spring races etc..he pulls through until he cant..races to his strength..one of the last of the original old guards of cross..
If you can stomach the grammar come back later to see where this is going to end up...
or not...
