Legends and Whiskey

When it all comes down
When TMS writes the final book
When the last post hits this shitty blog...
When all is said and done everyone involved has moved on and the last drop of Whiskey is consumed

One name that will be in there will be forever the Underdog...
Tim Saari..

Legend?

Maybe..

FolkHero...?

Maybe...

A guy who is on the short list of the old guardsmen..
A guy who was soo close to getting the official keys to the clubhouse soo many times
A guy that to this day isnt afraid to throw elbows..

Timmy can ride a bike, its odd to see him at the line right now against the Scottys, the Dannys..the dude has been around since the early Y2K time period..scene the scene from Lower Hurons logs in the volley ball courts, the ridiculous sand traps of Hudson Mills, the Orange Crusher flyover..to the short lived Night Time Munson CX..Timmys been there.hell at one point he was even accused being good TMS hiself...

Timmy has always been the guy nippin at the heels of the favorite, but this goes to\say he didnt have his share of great rides, even out of state briefly Timmy stood on some pretty solid masters podiums for a brief moment

Im sure the Evil-Dude and the WIZ would testify Timmy always came good..Even the Illest Pony could testify
Fact of the matter the dude was pretty good at ridin a bike not just a cross bike..
I kinda like his shtick he's got going on now..like my favorite comparison of aging cyclists to old gunslingers ..

he comes out and still shoots pretty dam straight..

but tonight..this old crusty bastard is calling a draw on Timmy tonight as the Folk-Legend
