Food...i know most people who frequent this shit hole domnt think T thinks about food in the way do..but he doo..and I bet the Wanleys, The KIDAs the Lukes and even the Eagle dont fuel up for a big day in the ring like T used...

Man fools ive scene alot pre-race healthy meals go astray mid day the following day..Lean chicken breast...the rice bowl with tofu..salads, oatmeal, and how those iconic things from the four basic food groups dont always do a man right..like equipment we all as humans are not created equal when processing our ritual grub..

T never been done wrong by the good old school meat and veggies tucked under two pieces of bread pre-race-meal..

I know burgers, and to be flat faced honest with you T aint in to paying the cost of a new set of DI2 shifters for a platter with sides...but then i again he going basic brown shows 2 dollar double either..

1.The Lumberjack 100...
I like this burger and why....it looks simple the patty is thick..lots of bacoon..fuc..not sure of the kind of cheese but looks really creamy..the bun yes..not to greasy


2. The 100 mile road race burger.....This one because its just a good ol gut bomb..i was had that bun


3. Nite before a 1 hr crit 

a burger on a croissant....thats a simple looking little guy...what are those behind sweet potatoes fries???


4. and number four..The after a Waterford worlds 100 salt depletion nite gettin kicked in the nuts by the kids burger ...pickles..red onions, toasted bun on the wax paper wrapping..not too but you can bet with those topping its a kick ass burger..


We all do what works...and whats worked for me was loosing my sphincter a tad and living little since Lotto-Jumbo aint calling me anytime soon its ok to have little freestyle in yo life...
