I’m not I’m not sure what the current temperature is reading in your neck of the woods but by George it’s a little chilly up here.

It’s a funny time of the year again isn’t it? kind of like a holding pattern of suits just waiting for the calendar to turn. From the looks of all the social media platforms everyone had a pretty big weekend either you were Zwiftin or you were battling the elements outside either way it look like everyone put their time in. It was also a weekend filled with those infamous Strava year to date wrap ups. If you not a Strava warrior, it’s there neat little way to cyber like pat you on the back by giving you a year end wrap up. Kinda neat. But I suppose if your not full on board to it can be kinda of a punch in the gut, seeing all your buddies awesome achievements. But let’s head into this holiday weekend with a full heart and warm hands knowing that after tomorrow, the days will start getting a little longer. 

Take time this week to slow down and enjoy your life, text a friend, give that person you might rarely ever give kudos a few extra kudos.
