Rudy.. yea Tripper..the first week is always kinda whacky..

Tripper..so any takes on your on yours?

Rudy..we’ll I don’t do anything to outrageously wild, you know simple loops and maybe a few fartliks. But dam did you see the Grayling Giant crush the state of Michigan again! I mean  think he’s got like something like 500 race miles in his legs in June alone. It’s kinda mind boggling 

Tripper..yea..I’d definitely say he found some killer form. 

Rudy. Avg 20 mph for 200 miles..crime!

Tripper..Jordan May of just took ownership of Michigan, but man Sam Junge took a healthy chunk of the Buckeye state Saturday night, winning the always brutal Hyde park blast! Quite possibly that young man’s finest hour to date…

Rudy, yea Tripper despite my own personal hurdles, I think this might be one rad summer.
