Not this week…I’m just here to toss the Fonzes opinion about stuff he finds semi relevant in his little spot of this world, no I ain’t saying what’s right for the Fonz is right for you.. but sometimes the best advice is unsolicited. Get my drift..

Check on a friend, not cuz you need something or your lonely. Check on them for them..

Drink water and when you think you drank enough..because your body loves that shit, Oh ayyyyy stop sipping out those ridiculous little bottles get yourself a proper bottle with a big mouth so you take proper gulps

If your a roadie, or gravel aficionado, don’t bother with those silly tire plugs, leave those to the low psi culture…they rarely work and only leave sticky and white…

Don’t hold a grudge .Wasted energy…save it might help your measly threshold wattage..

Your energy sets the tone for the entire room, pay attention of it..no one likes a messy room

Evaluate your position yearly, your not the same rider as you were last season 

Your not getting paid to be a biker, your paying…big difference dudes
