3. ….oh my doing intervals…there probably incorrect
4. Own a power meter but do not properly use it or have done any real testing in the 12/24 months let alone even calibrated it since the day of purchase..
5. And are probably trying to ride on old numbers
6. Never ask for advice, because it’s a sign of weakness…or you my friend just know it all..
7. Haven’t changed your bar tape in 5 months…that’s really kinda gross…

10. Never take a complete day off the bike…
11. Recover from life
12 .Consider your diet acceptable
13. Ride the same loops, rides and wear the same pungent clothing
14. Work on Strengths…not your weakness
15. Haven’t evaluated your position since the Obama era
